Olga and Oliver had their ceremony at Ripon Cathedral and reception at Grantley Hall so I knew it would be a very special day indeed. Lots of photo opportunities for us and I was correct, both venues were stunning! As was Olgas dress with its 2 metre train and 5 metre veil. It took 4 bridesmaids to carry it around all day which made for some great images outside of the cathedral. Oliver and his best men in their suit and tails looked extremely smart and handsome, all very fitting for the Cathedral and Grantley Hall. Olga makes hats and facinators as a hobby and she had distributed 5 or 6 amongst her wedding party, that also made for a facinating photo! You have to be very respectful when working in Churches, even more so in a Cathedral but as long as you are everything works out fine. I gave a few guests a lif to the venue as there had been a mix up with the taxis ordered, happy to go above and beyond to assure the day goes well. Back at Grantley Hall the champagne was flowing and we spend a good amount of time utilising the gorgeous scenery for the Bride and Groom portraiture. I then flew my drone to capture the main group photo. Proper lovely day I had lots of fun and there was never a dull moment.
